In our latest Process Mining Café, we talked with Linda Jantz from BVV Pension Management about using process mining in workshops.
When Linda took over the process improvement team, she realized that meeting with domain experts for two hours per week on a project did not lead anywhere. After she switched to full-day workshops, everyone noticed that it was significantly better. With the same amount of time as before (two hours per week), but now with one workshop day per month, they have gained an enormous focus and obtained much better results.
Previously, Linda had already talked about her projects at Process Mining Camp (sign up at the camp mailing list here to be notified as soon as the videos from last year are available). In this Process Mining Café, we dive deeper and make it very practical. Linda shares in detail how she prepares the meeting, what happens during the workshops, and how she processes the results afterwards.
She even provides a cheat sheet of the five project phases, and all checklists and templates (see the links below), so that you can take her approach as a starting point for your own process optimization project.
Watch the recording of the café here if you have missed it. A big thanks to Linda and to all of you for joining us!
